Lap/Exercise Swim - 1855

Let's start your Morning right!!! This is an open swim time to use the pool to exercise at your own pace. (swim laps, bring your own weights to work out with, walk the lazy river). This program will begin on September 11th and run through October 6th. These open times will be available on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 6:30 am-7:30 am. Registration for this class is still required with the purchase of a 3 month swim pass. If you already have a 3 month swim pass, and would like to participate in this program please call our front desk to sign up. 701-842-3665.

Aqua Jogger Class - 1856

Aqua jogging is great for your cardiovascular system, and gentle on your muscles and joints. The Aqua Jogger design tones the abdominal muscles without doing a single sit-up due to the continual use of abdominal muscles to maintain correct posture. With signing up for this class, an Aqua Jogger belt will be provided to you for each class.
This class will begin on October 7th and run through November 4th. The class will meet on Saturdays from 9 am-10 am
